This is ONE new , standard steel, brake inner cable. It has a barrel end and a ball end to fit any bicycle brake lever (there may be some exceptions, so please look at your old cable to see if you need one of these kind of ends).
The brand is SUNLITE. It is in the factory package.
You will need to cut off the end that you don't need. The cable is 73" long. You will need to cut the cable to the length that you need.
The cable is made by wrapping several galvanized steel strands around each other just like most other brake cable you have seen.
The outside housing is NOT included.
A cable end tip to put on the cut end of the inner cable is NOT included because it is not included at the factory. You can buy end tips in another of my ads. An end tip is not necessary but it makes the end of the inner cable look neater.
