Simplicity 8749 sewing pattern misses pullover dress sz 14 vintage 1978

This is a 1978 vintage pattern issued by Simplicity as 8749. It is in size 14, bust 36. This pattern has been cut but all the pieces are present and in good usable condition though the envelop shows some tears and staining from storage. The description says: misses pullover dress. Dress V 1 with pleated skirt and V 2 & 3 with gathered skirt at dropped waistline have gathers at forward shoulder seams, extended shoulders, front slit opening and can be worn with or without self tie or purchased belt. V 1 & 2 have long set-in sleeves with elastic casings. V 1 & 3 have self ties at neck. V 2 has tie collar.
