Simplicity 4820 vintage sewing pattern blouse skirt circa 1960 sz 16 B 36

This is a vintage sewing pattern from Simplicity. It is number 4820 and probably dates to the 1960s but I could not find a copyright date. This is in size 16, bust 36. It is a cut pattern but all pieces are present and usable. The envelop shows a few tears around the edges in overall good shape. The description reads: Blouse and skirt. Simple to Make. Blouse has raglan sleeves and front button closing. V 1 has below-the-elbow length sleeves, slit openings at lower edges of side seams, top-stitching detail and front button closing. V 2 has sleeves rolled up to form cuffs and 2 rows of top stitching which may be of contrasting thread. Slim skirt has back kick pleat and left side zipper closing.
