McCall 4694 sewing pattern formal prom dress bridesmaid sizes 12 14 16

This pattern is McCall 4694 in sizes 12, 14 and 16. This was issued in 1990 for a formal gown. It is a partially cut pattern. All the pieces are present and in good condition except it is missing the neck binding pattern piece for size 16 The missing piece is a narrow strip; the ones for sizes 12 and 14 are present and uncut and you would be able to use one of those to create the missing piece if needed. The pieces that were cut were cut to size 16 so the markings for all sizes are present. The envelop shows some tears on the back and wear from storage. The envelop reads: Misses gown or dress has semi-fitted lined bodice, U neckline with binding, shaped dropped front waist and back zipper closure, gathered full skirt, pattern piece for flower also included.
