CARSON CITY, NEVADA - Kit Carson Trail - 1990s Promotional Brochure
Description: Here's a nice fold-out brochure promoting the "Kit Carson Trail", which encourages tourists to visit several historic sites in Carson City, Nevada. The brochure was produced by the Carson City Convention and Visitors' Bureau. There are six sites featured on the "trail map": Stewart Indian School Museum, Nevada State Railroad Museum, Nevada State Museum, Brewery Arts Center, Capitol Building, and J.D. Roberts House. The brochure also list four other highlights: Historical Home District, Governor's Mansion, Mills Park, and Old Federal Building. The back panel has a basic map showing Carson City's location relative to a number of Northern California cities.
Size: approx. 9" x 4" (closed), opening to approx. 9" x 16"
Date: Not specifically dated, but likely from the early 1990s or thereabouts.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The brochure is generally clean, but does have a slight liquid stain/ripple in the vicinity of Bakersfield on the back panel. There are no tears or extraneous markings. (Please see photos.)
**NOTE**: Shipping charges are discounted when more than one of my items are purchased at the same time. See what else I have to offer!
