BIOSPHERE 2 - Oracle, Arizona - 1990s Visitor Map & Directory
Description: Here's a very nice fold-out brochure providing a map and directory for Biosphere 2, located near Oracle, Arizona. Biosphere 2 was an ecological science experiment, an enclosed environment intended to replicate the various ecosystems found on Earth, where a small group of humans could live for an extended period of time without external resources.
Size: approx. 8.5" x 3.75" (closed), opening to approx. 17" x 11"
Date: Not specifically dated, but likely early 1990s or thereabouts, since the separate "Exhibit Show Times" flyer carries a date of 11/94.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The brochure is clean and fresh, with just a few mild thumb bends, but no tears or extraneous markings. (Please see photos.)
