Simplicity 5756 vintage 1973 sewing pattern misses maternity dress tunic and top size 10

This is a vintage pattern issued by Simplicity in 1973 as number 5756. It is for a misses maternity tunic, dress and pants in size 10, bust 32 1/2. This is a cut pattern, cut to the long dress in view 5. All the pieces are present and in usable condition but one pieces has some light damage on the side seam. The envelop shows some staining and roughness on the edges. It says: Tunic V 1 and 2 and dress V 3, 4, and 5 gathered to lined yoke have back zipper, set-in cap sleeves and squared neckline. V 1 is top-stitched. V 2 features picot edging. Braid and rick rack trimmed V 3 and lace trimmed V 4 are mini-length. V 5 is ankle length. V 1 and 2 pants have adjustable elastic waistline casing.
