McCall 8069 sewing pattern 1982 buttoned blouse size 12

This is a McCall's sewing pattern from 1982 for three variations of a buttoned blouse. This is a partially cut pattern but all pieces are present and usable. This is for size 12, bust 34. The envelop says: Buttoned blouse A has extended shoulders and notched collar. Buttoned blouse B or C is gathered into yoke with forward shoulder seams. B has neck and armhole ruffles. C is sleeveless.
