The US First Day Covers in this product are shown in the photograph provided below. FDC lot includes: 1960 10¢ Liberty Bell Air Mail Stamp (US Scott #C57); 1960 1¼¢ Palace of Governors Stamp (US Scott #1031A); 1960 4¢ Employ the Handicapped Stamp (US Scott #1155) and a 1960 4¢ World Forestry Congress Stamp (US Scott #1156). The envelopes are #6 3/4 size covers and measures ~6 1/2" by 3 5/8" (inches) or 164 mm by 92 mm. They all have nice Art Craft or Artmaster cachets and are addressed. See the scan below and e-mail any questions.The 1960 10¢ Liberty Bell Air Mail Stamp was first issued on Friday, June 10, 1960 in Miami, Florida, sold nationwide Jun. 11. Herb Lubalin designed this United States international airmail postage stamp. The bi-color horizontal gummed adhesive features a split panel. On the left side panel is the famed Liberty Bell and below it the motto "LET FREEDOM RING", both printed in black ink. The right side panel is reserved the stamp's domination. Three lines of green type that note "US", "AIR MAIL" and "10¢". A silhouette of a jetliner sits in the "U" of US and the "10¢" refers to the stamp's ten-cent face value. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) in Washington, DC printed the adhesive with green and black ink on the Giori Press in intaglio plates of 200, issued in panes (sheets) of 50 individually perforated 11 by 11. The vertical stamp measures 0.84 by 1.44 inches and is known to philatelic collectors as US Scott Catalogue #C57. At the time of release the 10-cent denomination paid for 1/2-once airmail letters to South America, Central America (other then Mexico, which was 7¢) and the West Indies. The 1960 1¼¢ Palace of Governors Stamp was first issued on Friday, June 17, 1960 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This United States definitive postage stamp was released by the US Post Office as part of it's 1954-1965 Liberty Series. Designed by Ryler Dingee and engraved by M. D. Fenton, it features an angle view of the front of the historic building and was based on a photograph by Tyler Dingee of Santa Fe. Above the vignette in two lines is "PALACE OF THE GOVERNORS" "SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO" while below it is :"U.S. POSTAGE 1¼¢." The later refers to the stamp's face value. Printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) in Washington, DC on a rotary press in subject plates of 400, issued in sheets of 100 individually perforated 11 by 10½. This stamp is known to philatelic collectors as US Scott Catalogue #1031A. At the time of release the fractional cent denomination paid for bulk letter mailings for non-profit organizations.The 1960 4¢ Employ the Handicapped Stamp was first issued on Sunday, August 28, 1960 in New York City, NY, sold nationwide Aug. 29. This United States commemorative stamp was released to promote the employment of the physically handicapped and to publicize the 8th World Congress of the International Society for the Welfare of Cripples in New York City, in conjunction with the 8th World Congress of the International Society for the Welfare of Cripples. Designed by Carl Bobertz and engraved by A. W. Dintaman, the stamp depicts a man in a wheel chair operating a drill. Around the vignette along the top is "EMPLOY THE HANDICAPPED" while along the bottom is "4¢ UNITED STATES POSTAGE." The later refers to the stamp's four-cent face value. Printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) in Washington, DC. on a rotary press with dark blue ink on white paper in electric eye plates of 200, issued in panes (sheets) of 50 individually perforated 10½ by 11. This stamp measures 1.44 by 0.84 inches and is known to philatelic collectors as US Scott Catalogue #1155. At the time of release, the 4-cent denomination paid for domestic 1 oz. first-class letter rate.The 1960 4¢ World Forestry Congress Stamp was first issued on Monday, August 29, 1960 in Seattle, Washington, sold nationwide Aug. 30. This United States commemorative stamp was released to honor the Fifth World Forestry Cnogress, which was held in Seattle from August 29, 1960 to Septemer 10, 1960. It features the Forestry Congress Seal displaying a globe in the upper portion, over which is imposed a stylized tree, flanked by symbols representing the uses of forest land. On top of the arc of the seal is the lettering "FIFTH WORLD FORESTRY CONGRESS" and below the vignette is "4¢ U.S. POSTAGE." The later refers to the stamp's four cent face value. Designed by Charles R. Chickering and engraved by C. A. Brooks.
