The David Carr Game-Used (Blue Swatch) Jersey card in this product is shown in the photograph below. This "Game Day Jerseys" card was randomly inserted into packs of 2005 Playoff Prestige at the rate of 1 to every 97 packs! Back of cards reads "CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY" "The enclosed piece of material was cut from an Authentic Item personally worn by David Carr in an official NFL Game. The authentic Game-Worn Item was obtained and is guaranteed by Donruss Playoff L.P." See the photograph below for condition. Professional football quarterback David Carr born July 21, 1979, in Bakersfield, California. Carr played NCAA football at California State University (Fresno State). During his senior year, Carr led the Bulldogs to an 11-3 record and earned the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award. He was drafted by the Houston Texans in the first round (1st overall) in the 2002 NFL Amateur Draft in their inaugural season, which means he was first player ever drafted by the Texans. In the Texans first game ever, September 8, 2002, against the Dallas Cowboys, Carr led the Texans to their first victory, becoming just the second expansion team ever to win their first game. Carr started all but a handful of games for the team first five years, leaving after the 2006 season. Carr was sacked 249 times during his 5 seasons with Texans.
