Butterick 4245 See & Sew sewing pattern misses tunic and pants sz 6 to 10 uncut

This is Butterick 4245, a sewing pattern from the See & Sew line, in sizes 6, 8, & 10. This is an uncut pattern for a misses tunic and pants issued in 1995. The envelop says, "Loose-fitting tunic has front button/loop closing, side slits and long sleeves. Narrow hem. Tapered pants have elastic waist." The pattern is in good, uncut condition but the envelop shows some outer wear.
