Simplicity 5793 vintage 1964 suit sewing pattern blouse jacket skirt sz16

This is a vintage sewing pattern from Simplicity, 5793, in size 16, B36 W28 H 38 This was issued in 1964. It is a cut pattern but all pieces are present and usable. The envelop says, "Misses' and women's suit and over blouse. Over blouse with back button closing has notch detail at front darts and neck edge. Sleeveless blouse V 1 has self bow and is lined for lace, eyelet and sheer fabric. V 2 blouse has short set-in sleeves. Six gove, dart fitted skirt has waistband and side zipper closing. Lined jacket V1 with below elbow length set-in sleeves has braid trimmed collar and welts." The envelop on this has some tears and is a little yellow from age/storage.
