Simplicity 9819 vest sewing pattern misses size 6 8

This Simplicity sewing pattern is 9819 for a set of misses' vests. The pattern envelop had sizes 6, 8 and 10 but some of the pieces have been cut to size 8 (size 6 markings are intact.) The envelop says: "Lined vests have back darts and ties. A and B are sewn in three fabrics. A has ribbon trim. B has contrast front collar. C and D have mock welt pockets. C has front collar and face or ribbon trim. D in two fabrics has front collar with notch detail. A, B, C and D have front buttons. E has purchased frog closures and middy braid trim." This pattern was issued in 1995.
