Simplicity 5772 sewing pattern girl size 8 pullover ruffled dress

This pattern is Simplicity 5772 issued in 1982 for a girls' pullover ruffled dress. This is for size 8. Some of the pieces of the pattern were cut but all are present and usable. The envelop says, Ruffled dress with skirt stitched to princess seamed bodice at normal waistline has back button closing, back elastic casing, set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and tie ends. V 1, 2 and 4 have sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V 1 and 2 have elbow length sleeves. V 1 has purchased lace collar and tucked bodice front. V 2 has eyelet ruffles and button trim. V 3 and 4 have stand-up collar and long sleeves. V 3 sleeves have loop and button closing. V 4 has ribbon and picot trim.
