“Giuzeppi” is my new personal favorite Hatch NuMex chile from the folks at Solar Dry Chile farm in Hatch, New Mexico. Now, I know that I said this same thing over a year ago regarding Hatch Mild, but for my tender taste buds, Giuzeppi has it beat!
The Scoville Units for Giuzeppi are 1,000 to 1,500, while Hatch Mild is just a bit more spicy at 2,000 SHU. So we could consider Giuzeppi to be one of the most mild of the Hatch Chiles. USDA Zone: 7b & 8a
