Ngo Cho combines the vital elements of five ancestral Kung Fu systems; incorporating the footwork of Lo Han (Buddhist Monk Boxing), the hand techniques of Pe Ho (White Crane), leg techniques of Tai Cho (Grand Ancestor Kung Fu), evasive techniques and palm strikes of Che Tian Ta Sien (Monkey style) and iron body training of Tat Chun (the Bodhidharma method).

Ngo Cho Southern Shaolin Five Ancestor Kung Fu introduces Grandmaster Lo Yan Chu's version of Ngo Cho, as handed down to the author through Master Co Chi Po, renown fighter from the Kong Han school in Manila's Chinatown. Included in this text are sections on Ngo Cho's history and development, iron body training, principles of execution, hand & foot techniques and fighting applications. Also, presented for the first time in print is a complete description of the advanced Song Sui Double Banner form. 7 X 10; 118 pages.

Master Jose G. Paman has practiced and taught Ngo Cho Kung Fu for over 30 years and holds advanced instructor degrees in Arnis, Karate and Jiu-Jitsu. He is considered among the world's foremost authorities on Ngo Cho history, philosophy and technique.
