This is a 'crystal' stretch glass high footed compote shape no. 310 made by the U.S. Glass Co..
It presents the characteristic elements of the #310 line: four symmetrically paired rays running down the outside of the bowl, stem and foot with a snap base.
It stands 7 inches high and 6 2/3 inches at its widest.
The U.S. Glass Co. was based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was in operation from 1891 - early 1930's. Their stretch glass or "Aurora Effect" line was put into production c. 1910 and highly popular until the mid 1920's.
