Released by Hasbro, the 2010 Star Wars Saga Legends Luke Skywalker action figure (in Hoth Snowspeeder Pilot Outfit) is brand new & unopened with minor shelf wear. There are no missing or broken pieces to my knowledge. This 3-3/4 inch scale action figure is nicely designed with multiple points of articulation & comes equipped with multiple accessories. The special features of this figure are a removable helmet for the figure, a deactivated lightsaber, & a grappling hook with an attached cable. This action figure also includes additional "secret weapons" that are sealed inside the packaging! This is a must have for any Star Wars fan, collector, army builder, or customizer.
