A great looking piece from the turn of the century. Hole in top will accept 3/4" pipe, hole goes down 8" for support. Possible flag stand or stage prop to hold gas lamp etc.
Steel top is draped over four sides and bolted in flower pattern with center hole. Design is showing Art Nouveau influence. It also has a world war 1 look to it. The current castors are from the 1960's
Is well constructed and has a great look.
Base is 20" square x 36" tall. Top is 6" square
Side panels have two small cracks, nothing to concerning, see photos.
