I have not used this camera in over a year. It worked fine the last time I used this for Ghost Hunting. The only reason it has not been used is because I have upgraded to camcorders with hard drives. I do remember it would get an error about the tape which normally means it needs to be cleaned. All I ever did was pop open the tape deck and reclose it and it would work. I never had a chance to clean it. The reason I believe it to need a cleaning is because I had 2 exact camcorders that did that same thing and once they got cleaned it stopped. I had to sell this as parts due to not being able to test it since I had already sold my batteries and AC cords with the last 2 camcorders I sold. It comes with what you see in the pictures, such as a bag, AV cords, and remote. I can not guarantee it still works since I can not charge it. Anyone that is a Ghost Hunter this Camcorder is great in the dark. I personally own 2 small versions with hard drives and night vision that do not come close to what this camera can see in the dark. Buying as is. No refunds on this.
