We want you to have years of good use. How the Kinect camera works: It has four major components which are a four-microphone array, IR emitter, Depth camera, an IR camera. The four-Microphone array pinpoints the location of voices/sounds while filtering out any background noises. The IR emitter projects a pattern of infrared lights, and when those lights are distorted, it then is read by the depth camera. The depth camera then analyzes the IR patterns and builds a 3D map of the room, people, and any objects. The IR light is no different than any other device that has them. Your order will include: Windows tablet 8"-11.6" screen whichever is available at the moment. It will have 2gb Ram, 32 Hard drive. Kinect 360 camera. These are the only thing used since they do not make them any longer. Metal grip handle which can be placed on table or carried around. They are much more stable than our pistol handles. Battery pack which takes AA batteries. We have added a connector if you would like to use a rechargeble battery. All you have to do is plug it in to the connector. Tablet bracket with tilt to adjust your tablet at the angle you want. Kinect mount. Your Tablet can also be used for several other things when it is not connected to the Kinect SLS camera such as EVP Software, Dual Cameras for Pics/Video, and Audio Recording and More This device is experimental. I do not guarantee you will catch an apparition/ spirit. Our team has had good luck with it, but it's different for everyone. I recommend you document all findings with the unit. We do not accept returns on our Kinect since they are modified. We do give a exchange for 30 day for your tablet. After that it will be covered by manufacturer warranty. If for any reason your Kinect camera needs to be fixed a year from now you can contact us for assistance in this. We charge a small fee, but will fix your unit.
