Honor Roll books are often overlooked by genealogists. The books can be used to sketch out the history of an ancestor. The books cover the war effort of a county during the world wars. The books exist for both WWI and WWII with the majority of them being for world war I. This CD covers WWI and includes:
Gold Star section - This sections contains photos and bios of the men and women who died overseas. The bio section may contain name of parents, siblings, occupation and cause of death.
Service Men - photos and the the service record of the men. If they went overseas the battles they took part are sometimes mentioned.
The county part in the war at home with many names and photos listed.
