Plat books contain maps of each township with land parcels outlined with the name of the land owner and acreage of parcel. Also the maps will list cemeteries, schools and roads. Ogle county is located in northern Illinois and is surrounded by Carroll, Lee, Winnegago, DeKalb and Stephenson counties. The county seat is Oregon.
About the CD: This CD provides the genealogist the opportunity to have access to information from a book that is difficult to locate in the used book market.
