Oak Mantle Wall Supports

Heavily Carved in what appears to be Oak wood. I believe these were part of a fireplace mantle or a wall shelf at one time. Has Fleur- de- Lis design carved in front. A small molding capped the top of bracket where it originally butted up to the mantle. You can see the outline and nail holes where the molding was secured. A new molding will hide the holes and add detail to the mantle.
