  • Description
Offered is a special widescreen edition copy of James Cameron's 1989 Sci-Fi, Adventure thriller, THE ABYSS, starring Ed Harris, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and Michael Beihn, along with a special feature, The Making of THE ABYSS. In color, on 2 laser discs, 140 minutes, stereo sound, from 1990. From rottentomatoes.com: The utterly gorgeous special effects frequently overshadow the fact that The Abyss is also a totally gripping, claustrophobic thriller, complete with an interesting crew of characters.

The discs look fine to me, though I don't have a player to test them on. The main problem with the sleeve is just normal shelf wear, some ring wear, light scratches on the paper surfaces. The edges show wear, and the lower front cover has a scrape, which caused the wear of some of the color away.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for considering this laserdisc!
