The blouse V.1, 2, 3 & 4 with front button closing has high round neckline and shirt type collar. V. 1 & 2 have long set-in sleeves gathered to button trimmed, snap fastened cuffs. V.1 has self fabric tie bow. V.3 has short set-in sleeves and turn back cuffs. V.4 is sleeveless.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
