Young Junior/Teens Two-piece Dress or top and wide leg pants.

The top-stitched top with empire seaming features "V" shaped neckline, rounded notched collar, forward shoulder seams, self fabric tie ends, front button closing and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. V.1 has long sleeves. V.2 with short sleeves gathered to contrasting sleeve bands has contrasting collar. The pants V.1 and the skirt V.2 have back zipper and elastic waistline casing. The pants have turn back cuffs.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
