The Blouse V.1 & 2 with front button closing has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and "shirt-type" collar with optional button down points. V. 1 is worn with a self fabric bias ascot.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
