Jr. Misses and Misses Two-piece dress.
Size 12.
Bust 32.
Simple to Make dress features hip-length top or overblouse and sheath skirt. Skirt has back kick pleat. Top has a roll collar, set-in sleeves and a back button closing. the lower edge of the top is gathered onto a band. Self fabric bow may be worn on band at side front or center back.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
