1900's meat slicer/chopper

Most likely from a country store. Meat fence works on a cam. When knife is raised meat fence is raised. As meat is pushed against fence. Fence setting determines slice thickness. Fence setting is adjustable to change thickness setting. Cutter is in great shape. Item needs to be cleaned up, it is showing surface rust.
A real neat early tool for cutting meat etc. Blade is very sharp.
Cutting board measures 18" x 9 1/4"
Over all measure 11 1/2" wide x 26" long x 19" high
Cutting half circle is 9" wide x 8"
Knife handle is 26" long
