For starting kombuch without a Scoby: Mix in 1/8 teaspoon Kombucha nutrient in a room temperature gallon of strong sweet tea and sprinkle on top. Inoculate with at least 16oz live komobucha.
For starting kombuch with a Scoby: Sprinkle on top of freshly inoculated Kombucha batch in order to increase healthy and rapid SCOBY development.
Kombucha nutrient is a specific blend of inactive yeasts rich in amino acids, mineral cofactors and vitamins. These inactive yeasts are mixed with cellulose to provide more surface area to help keep bacteria in suspension and create healthy Kombucha.
Storage: Dated expiration. Store at 18°C(65°F). Once opened, keep tightly sealed and dry.
