Classic Zi Xiu Tang (250mg) is a more mild supplement recommended for initial weight loss. The product ingredients are similar to that of the Ultimate Formula. It increases energy as well as helps to stabilize your metabolism. Additional benefits include improved circulation, skin clarity and skin elasticity. This product does contain CASSIA and SENNA, both of which are not intended for long term use. (If you have been using Classic Zi Xiu Tang for three consecutive months, we recommend taking at least one full month of Extra Strength Zi Xiu Tang before returning to the Classic) We recommend taking 2 capsules per day. Both can be taken upon waking or divided into 2 doses: 1 capsule upon waking and the other halfway through the day when many suffer from fatigue.
