Monsooned Malabar is India's most unusual coffee due to the fact that the beans are exposed to the monsoon winds blowing through the open warehouses during India's rainy season. These oceanside winds and rain swell this bean resulting in a reduced acidity and enhanced sweetness similar to Indonesian aged coffees. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean.
Our Single Origin Beans are just that, beans from a specific origin roasted just right to bring out the unique taste that is known for that particular origin bean.
All roasted coffees are shipped only as whole bean.
