This therapeutic neck warmer scarf will not only keep you warm on those cold winter nights, but ease those muscle aches and pains! The scarf is filled with rice and an essential oil can be added for aromatherapy.
Heat Therapy: Heat the scarf 1-3 min in the microwave. Wrap the scarf around your neck and shoulders. Can also use this to wrap around your arm, leg or place it on the low back/waist.
Cold Therapy: Place the scarf in a plastic shopping bag and place it in the freezer. Use it as you would any cold compress.
