Hi,
I have some Datura (double blossoming plants) that I have collected seeds from. I am NOT selling the plants, just the seeds. Pictures of my plants are seen below.
Leaves are a deep green with purple veins. The undersides are purple. Deep purple stems (almost black). The plant is sun-loving. It can be grown in part shade. Blossoms are both single (winter months) and double (spring/summer/fall). The flower is purple on the outside and both purple and white in the inside. The plant will reach 2-3 feet in a pot, 5-6 feet in the ground (or a 5 gallon container). Flowers will start to appear when the plant is about 1 foot tall. Flowers are fragrant, mainly at night.
This is a UNIQUE specimen that will stand out in any garden or container. It's a wonderful conversational piece. Please note, similar to many common everyday plants, this plant should not be eaten.
