NOTE: This book is in ROUGH condition with some soiling and rubbing of the covers and spine, the spine has two tears one of aprox 1 ½” by ¾” and the other is aprox ½” by ¼”, previous owners name is written inside, the covers are a little bit loose from the binding, there is some stain inside the covers, the pages are clean and tight, I did not see any writing on the pages.
