Stitches are loosened, pages are wobbly but clean with wonderful illustrations. Boards have wear to the corners and edges.Condition glossary:AS NEW - same condition as when book was first published - complete and free of any wear or markingsFINE - looks new but careful inspection yields a less crisp and new-looking copy than AS NEWVERY GOOD - clean and tightly bound, very light wear to the boards, possible name or inscription, no tearingGOOD - average used book, some signs of wear and tear, any tears should be noted, ex-library books usually fall into this category, boards may be worn through at corners and edgesFAIR - more wear than "good" but still a solid book, tearing of pages is possible, possible writing or scribblesPOOR - readable but very unattractive, soiled, scuffed, worn pages with tears and writing.
