Simplicity 4688 sewing pattern vintage 1960s dress junior 11 B 31 1/2

This is a vintage sewing pattern from Simplicity. This pattern probably dates to the 1960s but I could not find a copyright date. The dress is in size Junior 11, bust 31 1/2 inches. This is a cut pattern but all the pieces are present and in good usable condition. The envelop says: Dress has lined bodice, shoulder straps, softly pleated skirt, with gathered net hip ruffle underneath, back zipper closing and self fabric tie belt. V 1 and 2 are long and have slit opening at lower edge of center back seam. Lined jacket has short kimono sleeves, bateau neckline and back button closing.
