The halter rings should set closer to the cheek bone area, not down by the mouth.MEASURING Please measure to see if this will fit your animal.To measure for your Halter Start where you would like the ring to set on the side of the face. From this point measure up, over the bridle path & back down to apx the same place on the other side.This will give you an apx head length. For better fit most of our halters have 4in of head length adjustment.To measure for the noseband start again where you would want the top of the ring to set, then measure across the top ofmuzzle to apx the same place on the other side, This will give you a noseband measurementNOTICE PLEASE READHalter details, use & careWe are very proud of our Halters. Never use your show tack, including these halters, to tie your horse.These show halters are not to be used for Halter breaking, Unruly horses or in any type of Dangerous Situations. This is especially truewith, larger stronger horses.NOTE: we have beautiful Custom made chin chains with our leads. We only have the one size of chain available. It has been very strong and held up quite well. If you have larger horses you may want to start your animalin a heavy duty training halter witha heavy chin chain orstrap. They areREMOVABLE to allow for chain alteration if needed or for use in even the smallest ring halters!Halter ConstructionFully Grained, textured, Betathane Crowns and leads. Betathane used inENDURANCETACK,DRIVING HARNESSand FINE SHOW TACK. It is STRONGER than leather, WEATHERPROOF, stays supple in all temps and wipes clean with a damp cloth. MANY PEOPLE CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENT SIDE BY SIDE WITH LEATHERuntil it is pointed out. It is not slick and shiny like Biothane. 7x7 Galvanized steel aircraft cable body. We do not use thinner wires in our halter cheeks. Because of this there are some beads such as swarovski crystal beads that wont fit on our cheek pieces. In this case wechoose to produce a more durable halter. We do use the lovely Swarovski leaded crystal in Pure Allure designer settings for some ofourdouble noseband halters. High Shine Black Coatings. This is not theoff blackpolyfineoften seen in this typehalter. It is 2 to 3 times more expensive but we feel thefinished product is well worth the expense. High Quality Beads in a huge Variety of colors& styles. We search worldwide importers for unique beads. We have hundreds of different types& colors.
