The cookbook is in good used condition for its age with just some wear and just a little kitchen soil to the front and back cover and edges from use and re-shelving--a bit more wear to the back cover. INSIDE, the flypage (which is blank and dark orange construction paper) has some faint writing. Otherwise, the pages are at least 97% free of any marks, stains or writing.

The recipe book measures 8 1/2 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches tall with 170 pages and CHAPTERS include: Appetizers & Soup, Breads, Cookies & Bars, Desserts, Fish, Meat Main Dishes, Meatless Main Dishes, Poultry, Salads, Vegetables and Miscellaneous but Marvelous. Yummy food!!
