This is an uncut sewing pattern from Butterick, number 4607, in sizes 14, 16 and 18. This is a Jessica Howard designed dress. This is in great condition but the envelop has a small mar on the top. The description reads: Dress, above ankle has contrast collar, shoulder pads, tab with button trim, tie ends, slightly flared, pleated/gathered skirt, back zipper and long sleeves with contrast cuffs.
