McCall's 8135 Misses Blouse and Collars 1980s

Buttoned blouse with forward shoulder seams has stand-up collar, optional waistline casing with drawstring, long sleeves with gathered cap gathered into buttoned cuffs; top-stitch trim. Collar A is gathered into neck binding, has edging trim and ties in front. Collar B, buttoned in back, has ribbon trim and tie. Collar C, of lace, is gathered into ribbon and ties in front. Collar D, of lace, buttons in back has neck ruffle with jabot, ribbon trim and tie. E has double collar trimmed with edging and neckband with bow fastened in front. Collar F is ruffled into neck binding, extending into tie. Purchased belt is optional for blouse.
