Here is a Vogue Paris Original Pattern # 2768 UNCUT and designed by Issey Miyake and is sizes 8, 10 and 12.
Lined, semi-fitted jacket, hip length, has applied contrast bands, welt pocket and zigzag stitching throughout. Below waist, fitted, tapered skirt, above ankle length, has elasticized waistband and side front bads with slit.
Bust from 31 1/2 inches to 34 inches
Waist from 24 inches to 26 1/2 inches
Hips from 33 1/2 inches to 36 inches
Fabrics: Jacket--Brocade and lightweight tweeds, Contrast bands.
