This is vintage, pre-owned stainless steel flatware:
The brand is TOWLE SCC. The pattern is TWS596 black flower & leaf design in a band midway down the handle. The backstamp is SCC STAINLESS STEEL HOLLAND. This is 2 teaspoons 5 7/8" (on one the black is quite faded), 1 solid serving/table spoon 7 3/4" and 1 place/dinner knife 8 1/2 solid. This is in good gently used condition, no damage, normal signs of use and stacking except for the teaspoon noted above that is faded. p126
