As was typical at the time, J and U are omitted - most people used I and V instead.This fabric isaheavy weight and washablecotton canvas ,they measure 18"x35" each.THEDESIGNISONOPPOSITE SIDES OF THE TOTE BAG WHEN IT IS FINISHED.The picture shows the panel folded in half , the other side is the same design.INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.THESE PANELS COME FROM Anon smoking AND PET FREE ENVIRONMENT.Check out my other items!Fold tote bag in half lengthwise,stitch side seams using a 1/2" seam allowance. On wrong side flatten one corner to create a triangular point , aligning side seam with center bottom line,stitch perpendicular to the side seam,roughly 2" from point, repeat other corner. Turn top raw edge under 1/2";turn under again another 1 " catching the 26" handles that are 7" apart on the front and the back.Edgestitch. Finish stitching webbing to bag at top, to within 3/4 of edge.
