The Zippo Outdoor Utility Lighter incorporates advanced burner technology to produce an extra strong adjustable flame - actually two flames that are wind and water resistant. The blue primary flame is an oxygenated fuel mix while the yellow secondary flame burns directly on fuel. The flames combine in the burner to create a robust fire even in harsh windy and wet conditions. The catalyzer coil stays red hot while the flame is on to provide extra wind resistance.
