Mail in vintage sewing pattern misses dress size 14 UNCUT

This is a vintage sewing pattern that was one you sent for from its description in a magazine. The envelop says: Reader Mail, Inc, Pattern Department. This probably dates to the late 1960s. The pattern is for a woman's dress in size 14 (bust 36). This is an uncut pattern in great condition and will be sent in the original mail return envelop. This dress has a band neckline, soft shoulders with purchased belt.
