ACTOR CHRISTOPHER MELONI'S 1977 ST. STEPHENS HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK
Another nice collectible for your consideration. You are looking on one(1) 1976 Russell High School Yearbook with future actor Christopher Meloni. This product is for the 1977 St. Stephens High School Yearbook (Alexandria, Virginia), titled "Scroll." This was the sophomore high school year for Christopher Meloni. Meloni appears in this book in his Sophomore Class Photo (page 32). It is possible that Meloni appears in other images as many are not labeled and there is no student photo index.
The book is in very good overall condition. There is a little foxing in the book. Mostly limited to the first inside front and back cover page, which appear to be a posterboard. Actor Christopher Peter Meloni was born April 2, 1961 in Washington, D.C. Before his acting break, Meloni worked as a construction worker, a bouncer, a bartender and a person trainer. He worked his way up the acting ladder appearing first in commericals, short-lived TV series and bit parts in a number of films.
Some of earlier memorable roles include the hotheaded son of a Mafia Don in the 1996 thriller "Bound," Robbie Sinclair;s friend Spike in "Dinosaurs" and Julia Roberts' fiance in "Runaway Bride."
From 1998 to 2003, Meloni protrayed serial killer Chris Keller on the HBO series Oz. Since it's start in 1999, Meloni has been a cast member of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." His role as Elliot Stabler earned Meloni an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
In 2009, Meloni provided the volice of Hal Jordan/Green Lantern in DC Comic comicbooks "DC Universe Animated Original Movie."
