This large catalogue was printed in 1976 by the Philadelphia International Philatelic Exhibition Inc. The catalogue is a 276 page book of information on the Interphil76 event and is a great reference on bicentennial postal issues. Catalogue includes: Photograph and letter from President Gerald R. Ford, Photograph and letter from Mayor of Philadelphia Frank L. Rizzo, Photograph and letter from Postmaster General of the United States Benjamin F.
