Beautiful circa 1940's "Graduation Congratulations" greeting card. The card has a cut out portion which features a ship and is accented by a bright blue scalloped foil border. There is also a blue ribbon attached to the front of this card which still looks great, considering its age. (It does have some fraying along the bottom). This card has been signed and is in very good condition. Besides the fraying of the ribbon previously mentioned, the upper left corner above the ribbon is lightly bent and and one small area where the ship is cut out is turned up slightly. The back is marked "Quality".
